Bright Eyes

Before

 After (pic slightly exposed and skin smoothed added bright eyes)

Take Spot Healing Brush to eyes that are red

Layer - Duplicate Layer

Change Mode from normal to Screen (drop down box located right right below layers box on right bottom side) Picture should change and be bright.

Hold Alt Key - Select Mask invert  (Bottom right screen, white circle)

Brush tool - White - Opacity 35% ish

Zoom in on eyes and color whites of eyes and pupils

Layer - Flatten Image

Select burn tool (14th tool on left hand side, click on button and hold for more options)
Small brush size
 Range change to shadows (located top of screen)
Exposure change to 19% ish- color around iris to pop the black
